Starting to really dislike Paris Las Vegas

Ok I've made several calls today to the Paris Las Vegas. They are less than eager to work with us. Apparently the Harrahs parent company has taken over the Ceasars group (previous owners of Paris) and they won't even work with you as a group unless you need at least 50 rooms. From my days living and working in Reno, I can tell you that Harrahs dosn't have a great reputation for customer service. I get the feeling from the attitude of the people I have spoken to today that they are not happy about the merger either. They kept blaming Harrah's for there lack of cooperation. I am not giving up but let me know if you all trust me to try another quality strip location. Also I may look at moving us up 1 week, apparently there is something going on in Vegas on the 23-24 that is driving up room rates by about 50-70/night. Just wanted to keep you all in the loop.

Ok I'm making progress...will update more after I hear back from them tonight or on Thursday.
