Anyone else having a water intake problem?
I read about people drinking 100oz of water and whatnot a day, I dont think I could ever do that. I'm seriously lucky if I get 32oz of water in a day. I feel like when I do get all my water in (at least 64oz), I never pee it out, and then I get bloated. But most days I'm getting like 32-40oz in...and that's it.
I hope I'm not the only one with this problem.
Believe me you are not alone. Most days I only get 48oz. It seems I get busy and forget. I know I need more, fortunately I haven't gotten so little that it has become a medical emergency but I worry that could happen. I don't know how people are getting 100oz it just dosn't seem possible. I'm just going to keep doing my best, some days more and some days not enough. Don't have the pee problem, Thank god.
Keep trying to drink as much as you can.
I find if I happen to get 65oz or so in I have a heck of time eating, who's hungry. And besides if I drink to much water I up all night visiting the bathroom. Its darn if you do darn if you don't. I wonder also how these people get all that liquid in and food too? I doing the best I can, quess that what we all have to do. Good luck Kaye
Mmmmm, you really should try to drink more water ... I heard if you dont, you can develop kidney stones cuz the water is supposed to wash the toxins out.
I used to only get in about 64oz (that's with my protein shakes). Now every morning I fill up two extra 24oz bottles of water and then drink that during the day with my protein shakes. That means I'm getting about 100oz of liquid in. If I dont wan****er, I'll drink Chrystal Light.
