Great Amazing St. Pat's Day!
14s! Wow! Isn't that oh so cool, Mo? Who'da thunk we'd see 14s again? Hugs back to you!! Hey, I'll be in your neck of the woods (well, approximately) in the first week of April - I'm taking my twins and my parents to Universal Studios for a week. It should be a lot of fun! I haven't been to a proper theme park since WAY before my surgery and this time I intend to ride everything, and have a great time AND be able to walk it all!
Thanks C, It WAS pretty amazing! The weird thing is I gained a couple of pounds - birthday cake, ya know...
By the way, I was so moved by your slogan I printed it out and it's stuck on the top of my computer - remember "Walk 5. Jog 5. Rinse. Repeat." NOW, I need to get moved enough to get my bootay out there and do just that!
Love,
Nan
Thank you, Nickie!
And by the way, I don't know if I posted this on the other message thread but your new tat looks just beautiful! I love the deep red - does it hurt to get one?? I so want to get one in the small of my back... but a little chicken - and if you know about my braces saga - you know what i mean!
Love ya,
Nan
Hi Nan!! Thanks for the compliment on my tatt. I will not lie and tell you that it does not hurt, but for me it is kinda like therapy. I am a 'cutter' and when I get the urges to do that I go get a tatto instead and that takes care of the pain and the urge to 'cut'. I am probably not the best person to ask about that type of pain, as that is some of the reason why I go and have it done. As a rule...it is best to get your first tattoo in a meatier location...i.e. shoulder blade or ankle..the pain would be a little less in those areas. Anytime you do something over the spine it hurts alot. Also, just so you know...in areas where there is a bit more fat, it actually hurts worse because you have more nerve endings in that area. OK...there is your tattoo lesson for today.

Oh Nan, I'm so happy for you!! You deserved a good day! And CONGRATULATIONS on your 17 yr old on getting a full scholarship! That is fabulous!
As to the size 14's, YOU GO GIRL!! That's awesome! You have worked it, and now reaping some rewards, good job! Feels great, doesn't it? I can't believe I can go into any store and find jeans to wear. Awesome! Enjoy that feeling Nan! You are doing great!
Hugs,
Lisa
