Going back to basics.

I've decided that for one week, starting tomorrow, I am going back to basics. Nothing but protein shakes and diluted gatorade/vitamin water for one week. I WILL work out every day. I WILL break this plateau. I will. I will. I will. I will start using positive sentences to get me out of this funk. And thanks to everyone for your support!
