Fake ones & big ones!
I swear I get more and more girly as this process goes on!!!!!! Am I the only one?
Today I bought fake eye lashes and was measured for bra's (hence-the title of this post...ha!). First of all they measured me at a 38 DDD and I thought they were NUTS!!! I actually laughed out loud! They convinced me to try them on and HOLY CRAP they fit. I thought I was just a regular D cup, but NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I bought a really cute pink one. I NEVER, EVER wore pink before surgery, but my girly side is taking over.See?! Even my emoticons are pink! What the hell!!!!!!!!!!
I always wore 2-3 inch heels, but now I won't touch anything under 4 inches. First of all, I have better balance now and second of all the higher the heels, "da more shimmy in ya shake"! And boy can I shake it girls!!! Ha!!!!!
I'm shopping like mad! I've spent over $500. this week alone!! All on girly crap!!!! Shhhh...don't tell my husband. He would kill me! My family calls me "Malibu Channan" now!
tell me I'm not alone!!! Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaassseee!!!!!!
Anyone else getting in touch with their girly side? Not you Tim!! Although I'm sure you'd like to get in touch with OUR girly sides and fronts and backs!!!!! Ha!
Loves and big wet girly kisses to you all,
C
Oh my gosh- I just laughed so loud, people at work came by to see what was so funny.
I have developed a jewelery thing-- very expensive girly stuff. I now coordinate my jewelery to my outfits. I avoid the area in dept. stores, b/c I KNOW I will walk out with something.
Also shoes! I am not a high heel person (bad feet), but love to buy shoes, because I am not in pain when I walk anymore! On the way home from the gym last night I bought the cutest sandals! They were black leather with gold embroidery and had the big toe strappy thing going on.
Bad Andrea! Bad Andrea!
I am really playing with clothes and makeup new perfumes and lots of new jewelry! I have been going out on Friday nites with friends and my sister and I am getting all dolled up I am getting loads of looks and even got asked to dance last weekend but....I am married for almost 12 years so I have to be good and just enjoy the fun without ENJOYING THE FUN...lol I think what we are going through is totally normal and well deserved and F U N!!!

Hi Grace,
It's so good to see your face on here! I'm working my way down the posts. I'll get to some of your others, but in the mean time, THANKS! I blushed & got teary eyed when I read what you said about me! {{{HUGS}}} honey!
What are ass antlers? I'm scratching my head over that one!
Oh man, FABULOUS about the facial and full body massage! You go girl! You'll have to tell us all about it. One of these days I'd love to have one of those! Good for you!
You look so feminine & pretty! Isn't it fun? I am loving every minute of it!
Talk to you soon!!

It's not just the girls. I actually shave more often. Used to only shave 1-2 times a month, I think subconciesly (sp?) the extra facial hair was hiding my fat face. Yes I spend less money on food now but I'm turning around and spending that on clothes. I used to hate getting new clothes so much that I only bought to them when I out grew them so I would wear the old one's to death. In addtion in the past 2 months I've had some minor cosmetic surgery to remove some moles (not for fear of cancer but with my new look I wanted them gone...of course my pcp put it into insurance as potential cancer so that they would pay for it). I've also gotten rid of my glasses.
I think the weight loss does somewhat empower us to make changes in our lifestyles. That is not a bad thing at all, in a way by removing the fat we have made room for some other things (fun things) in our lives.
