Thanks Nancy!! I'm so confused as to what my protein really should be now ... my understanding at first was 90-100g, but then Channon said 65-70g and then when I did some research 55-70g. Ugh, I'm just gonna see how it goes this week. I'm gonna try and do the platau buster diet until the end of the month. I had my bloodwork done about a month and a half ago ... all was good! Thanks again and your doing so good ... keep it up girlfriend!!!

Hi Marlize~ I am with ya babe! You and I are the same height, starting weight was within a few pounds of each other. I am sitting at 221 and have not budged since January 20th. I am unable to exercise due to low B-t12. I am scared to death that I am at a complete stand still. Let's be each others support and get through this together! Girl, I'm all for us being each other's support ... I think we are gonna need it for the next few months while our weightloss are at a standstill!! However, maybe you should make sure your healthy first because it sounds like your really not doing too good and that might be why your body is standing still cuz its sick! Please do all you can to be healthy again, even if it means your still standing still in weight, get those B-12 levels up so you can exercise and feel energized! I take Natural Bounty B-12 liquid every other day under my tongue and sofar so good!! I'll check in with you again tomorrow!! Take care of yourself and hang in there, I'm here for ya babe!!!! M.
