Well I finally lost ( 1 ) lb !!!! in the last 4 weeks. I havent been able to work out like I normally do because of my Husbands work schedule & I have been eating carby and crappy. Todays weight 137 7 lbs to goal total lost 89 !

I juggle

my work outs with my husbands schedule too. As for the carbs-Get back on that horse and ride girl!!

Start: 232 Last Week: 174 Today: 168!!!! I lost 6 freakin pounds this week after losing nothing (yo-yoing between 175 and 172 for 3 MONTHS!

Goal is to get to 150 (my goal) Doc's goal is 160...

I finally lost this week too. I had been hovering at 176-178 for 6 weeks and this morning I was under 173. Weird isn't it. I guess you just have to steel yourself for this frustrating stuff.
