Daily Meals???
What does your daily meals look like? and what is the amount you can eat?
here is mine for yesterday:
~pre-breakfast~
Carb-Wise Cappuccino French Vanilla (Calories 105 Carbs 10 protein 2)
Protein Delite Pineapple
w/Hood Carb Countdown milk (Calories 157 Carbs 7 protein 28)
~Breakfast~
2 egg Omelet w/cheese
2 small slices of bacon (Calories 279 carbs 2 protein 19)
~snack~
Pure protein bar (Calories 170 Carbs 1 protein 20)
~Lunch~
1/3 cup of stew meat
2 tablespoons of beans (Calories 179 Carbs 7 protein 18)
~Dinner~
1 hot dog w/chili cheese
1 reg slice of white bread (calories 259 Carbs 21 protein 12)
~snack~
Pure Protein Bar (Calories 170 Carbs 1 Protein 20)

I really dont eat meals because I have only recently been able to keep "real" food down so I have been living on chex mix , tons of fat there and salad for supper and I do alot of grazing because I cant eat meat so I live on every type of soup, this of course has hindered my weight loss to only 65-70 pounds, but when I do find something I can eat Im surprised at the amound I can now eat Im so scared that I have sytreched my pouch..do you ever feel like you may be able to eat to much? This is usually what I eat:
Breakfast: Atkins Advantage Protein Shake Vanilla or Strawberry (yum!)
Sometimes I have half a banana
Lunch: Half a wrap (turkey,ham, cheese,lettuce,cucumbers & tomatoes)
Sometimes a snack after work
Snack: Handful of nuts
Supper: Usually some sort of dense meat and a few vegetables
Sometimes a snack later at night
Snack: 6 turkey pepperoni slices cooked in the microwave
This is what my weekdays look like, the weekends usually get changed up because I will eat out with friends or at their house.

I also am interested in what others are eating. I seem to be able to eat crunchy things better than anything or soup. I have been diagnoized (probably spelled wrong) with celica sprue so I can not eat a lot of products. I buy rice, corn and potato snacks from the health food store without gluten but they are usually high in calories. I am trying to go back to protein as I have found one without whey or gluten. Are you excersing. I really havn't so I can't complain about slow weight loss. Sounds like you are doing fine. Lots of protein and thats what Dr. wants. Low carbs also. Good for you. Cil

pre breakfast : choc Unjury mixed w/water
B: 2 poached eggs, 1 lite sausage, some shredded cheese all mixed together.
L: 1/3 c chili w/cheese and sour cream
S: mixed nuts
D: going to go out to TGI Fridays in Eau Claire WI, i'm going to have the grilled buffalo chix salad. We are taking the kids down to Wisconsin Dells for a few days to play at the Kalahari indoor water park. It's going to be a fun couple of days.
I don't really know where I'm at for calories or protein or carbs for the day. I never keep track.

Well, I was wondering myself what everyone was eating??????
Breakfast for me....1 egg or eggbeaters/ 1 slice taylor ham/or sausage
Lunch...2 oz of tuna or cheese or ham or chicken
Dinner...4 shrimp/ or 3 oz chicken/ or 3 oz meatloaf...
and a spoon of veggies...
Somewhere in the day I have a protein drink...

I think I eat alittle more carby than most of you. Im not a big egg eater and I HAVE to eat Breakfast ( its almost like coffee for some people)
Breakfast usually consists of one of these :
*Whole WHeat Toast thing sliced - 1 slice
* Whole Wheat English Muffin - 1/2 of one
* Whole wheat Bagel - about a 1/4 of one
I usually put either peanut butter , creamcheese, or cheese on it
Lunch :
* Usually an entire Lean Cusine or WW Smart one ( veggies & meat only)
Snack :
One of these : Wheat thin Crisps, Dannons Light Yogurt, sugar free ginger snaps, or fruit
Dinner :
Mostly a dense meat and veggies... Maybe a few tbsp of rice or pasta
Snack : Similar to above or perhaps a protein shake
I rarely eat less than 1000 calories and avg between 1000-1200 - 70 or less grams of carbs and no more than 35 grams of fat.
I have only lost 1 lb in almost a month... so I should really try to cut down on the carbs !!!!!! But Im only 7 lbs from goal of 130 !!!!!!
