Missing my weight loss calculator

A few weeks ago my hard drive crashed and I had to reformat my hard drive and I Lost my online weight loss calculator. It was set up to put your weight and measurements in each month and it gave you all kinds of information and a medically recommended weight. Anyone have it and can link the website ?? THanks, Aly
