Hi Pattiann,
My weight loss has slowed down too! I drink a lot and eat small amounts but I have been exercising regularly now so I hope I start losing again. When I do eat it is usually oatmeal w sf applesauce for breakfast, cheese and a few crackers for lunch, and navy bean soup for dinner. I drink a protein drink called Proticcino between meals and also decaf coffee, Fruit 2 0, Propel, water, etc. Oh, I also use Profect - 25 g protein in like 2.5 oz. It comes in a small test tube looking container. I also eat an occasional Power Crunch bar - very yummy.
Take care!

Pattiann, I stalled for 2 to almost 3 months. Just like you not gain but no loss. Talk about h e double toothpicks I had the whole damn box! It is upsetting. But it did help to know that every one goes though it from time to time. For differant amounts of time. I did start snacking before bed....Bad me. I thought that because it was a cucumber that it would be fine. I guess not. ( well, maybe it was the goldfish crackers that I have in my desk at work!) I stopped and drank more water during the day and it started again. Slowly. But it did start. I lost 10 lbs. in two weeks. And now I am stopped again. Starting today it is back to the good things. Water and Protein first. I know that a bit more water and taking the unnecessary carbs out will help. My body is going to make me work for the last 20 lbs. to my doctors goal! And that is fine by me. I knew that it was going to be hard.
You'll get though this little rough spot. You'll see. Everyone is a bitt different, I don't know what will work for you. But this works for me. Let us know how you do!

Hey Pattiann -
First off let me say you look fantastic. Love your new pics.
My surgery sister it has happened to me too !!! I added more protein drinks I now do 3 a day . Been eating more (yep the hunger monster sits on my shoulder I have been fighting with that). I have been up and down the same 2 lbs since Mid Jan. I think the closer to goal the harder it gets I am only 7 to 8 lbs away I thought perhaps more excercise might do it.
I will tell you this if you are not eating enough you will not loose. You need to stimulate your metabolisim.
I hope this will be over soon. I wanted to reach goal by my birtday (March 15)
Hugs
Pam
