AM I DONE
Sara, darling.....you are not the only one...I have been stuck at 164 to 165 for almost a month. But I have noticed my pants getting looser. You are not done. Make sure you are getting enough calories. That has been my biggest thing. I realized the other day that I was only eating about 300 calories a day....way too few. So I am trying to do better in that. I am also exercising everyday. You also have to remember that if you are putting on muscle....muscle weighs more than fat does, so you could just be putting on muscle weight and losing inches. You are not alone sweetie!!
