Are you sleeping?
My father-in-law (RNY:7-2004) mentioned to me at about 6 months out , he was having trouble sleeping.
Now I am the one who just cannot stay asleep. I use to go to bed at 10:00 sharp and wake-up at 4:30 sharp. NOW~around 12:30 -1:00 I saunter to bed thinking, "I HAVE to go to bed eventually" and then I wake up unprovoked at 3:15 every morning--bright-eyed!! This is around 3 hours of sleep a night. I seem to do fine on it. Occasionally after a really hard day, I will come home and nap for 30 minutes.
I'm just wondering if anyone else is having problems with sleep.

Nope- Actually for the first time in a long time, I am NOT having trouble with sleeping as much (unless I start worrying alot). I think the exercise is calming me down enough to sleep. Also, I am not tired on the weekends (sleeping all day like a used to me). Are you having caffeine at all?
Maybe you should cut all caffeine out and see if that helps.
By the way, I am in California for the weekend, so I probably will not be on chat this weekend.
