Losing my padding and padding my wallet

I can't believe how much cheaper it is to be thin (well....thinner)! I shrunk another size so of course....................I had to go shopping! Everywhere I go, I save money! I use to spend $200-$250 on a couple of outfits and now..........I can buy the same amount of clothes for around $100!!! Obviously I would go shopping alot less pre-op! I couldn't take the financial OR the emotional hit!! I would spend tons of money on clothes that I didn't even want to own! Strangely now--I still have a hard time keeping my closet full. I shrink out of my clothes before the seasons change. Also-I have noticed a significant drop in my grocery bills. Not only do I eat less than my 7 year old, but I don't buy the junk for the house anymore. Just an observation!! Channan

JHey! Just got home from my business trip. Great to see everyone posting--- I missed you guys. Good for you on shopping bills-- I find I acutally spend more in the grocery-- because I by higher quality products and produce and seafood are expensive. But your are right-- you do get more for the money shopping for clothes--. Congrats you spendthrift goddess! Sassy-pants

Hey- I tried the 'running' thing. I ended up doing the run thang, because the hotel gym was S----Y and there was only one eliptica that was taken. I did 35 minutes. 4 minutes walking, 1 minute jogging (really not running yet) on and off. Not bad for a start. I still don't like it, but at least I got more of a workout than just walking on the treadmill. And the treadmill is easier on the joints than pavement. I figure I'll give it a go and do it once a week-- I am trying to "mix" my exercise up to confuse my body. Right now, have been stuck for three weeks (even gained a pound) and need to do some drastic steps. Anyway, thanks for the coaching. I can try maybe 1.25 minutes ; 4 minutes off next time, right?

Hey good vibrat...uh, I mean sassy-pants! I'm impressed!!! Hey, that means that you jogged for 7 minutes!!-That's really awesome! Treadmills are definately easier on the joints, but the weather is so beautiful here that it's half the reason I love to go. I also.....okay this is gonna sound weird, but I get a kick out of seeing my running shadow. It's like..."Hey look at that bad azz girl running her butt off! Dorky-I know, but true!! I hated it in the beginning too, but love it now! It's not for everyone. Sounds like your keepin' it loose, shakin' it up, keepin' it fresh!! C
