Gathering update
If you haven't already answered the survey in for our gathering, please do so in the next day or so. I will post the final results soon.

In addition I have been doing some research and preliminary planning and once the initial survey results are in we will probably have a 2nd survey to narrow down a few things. One of the things that I have found that we will need to think about is what days of the week we want to do this. Assuming we are doing 3 days/2 nights (I can't wait for the nights). 
I have found a significant price difference between lets say Fri-Sat night versus Sun-Mon night.
Anyway Thank you all for your input so far.
Oh and by the way I don't want to jinx it but I am only 1/2# to my surgeons goal as of this morning.
