Braces! Yuk. I feel like my mouth just grew 3 sizes. Luckily, I got the clear ones - top row only and in a couple of weeks or so, getting metals for the bottom row - ya really can't tell 'cept when you bite, chew, talk or breathe. I'm hatin the wire thingy right now. One of em popped loose this evening and I probably have to go back to the dentist tomorrow morning and get it clamped back in place. Man, i am happy this is only for a year. I figure if I can change my entire life and eating habits - this sh** should be a pieca cake. In other news, my husband is off in MI all week long. I am BORED to death with my day job and just need to quit. I can't wait to go to Las Vegas and be baaaaaaaaaaddddddddddd.... Love yas, Nan

That is one thing I want to have fixed after all this weight is gone, and I can't afford to pay out of pocket..since insurance doesn't cover "cosmetic" dental work. I hate my hudge gap in my teeth, at least they are not buck teeth...but I hate my two front teeth anyway. I have pretty straight teeth just that da** gap. I never had braces. The dentists have always told me that they could do some shaving and bonding....I wish I could get the insurance to pay for it...maybe I could say it makes me talk funny.....LOL Go enjoy some J-E-L-L-O..... Hey! I've got a gap, too!! AND I've got buck teeth!!! When I was a kid, I used to put rubber bands on my teeth and pretend that they were braces. My teeth are straight, basically, and never really needed braces, but I wanted them bad! Goofy me! Mandie, don't worry about the space - that is your character! Darla

Nan~ Braces, huh?.................Sexy!! Two of my neighbors (adults) just got braces. I tease them every time I get a chance! No, I'm kiddin'! They both got the big shiny metal ones though! It'll fly by and when you get them off, you'll have perfect teeth and a perfect bod!!!!!! C
