sleep study part II
Spent last night at the sleep clinic. Of course I didn't sleep worth a damn. Kinda hard to when some guy comes in every 5 minutes and pushes an electrode that keeps coming loose into the back of your head. I actually have a sore spot there today. Also doesn't help when your normal bedtime is 3:00 am and they want you to try to sleep at 9:00 pm. (damn night shift) Had to come home at 6:00am, take a shower to get all that gunk outta my hair and then slept great in my own bed without my CPAP for another 5 hours. But overall I think my breathing was good and I'm pretty sure I'll be issued a clean bill of health when I get the results back in 7 to 10 days. It sure will be nice to be rid of my CPAP forever!
Take care all!

This was my 2nd sleep study. The night was horrible. After spening two full days out on the ski slopes with my daughter I thought I would sleep/crash big time. Not the case..the furnace was noisey..too many lights (including night light in room at 49 yrs old,and tech talking on phone all night. Comes out I only have shallow breathing. Glad no apnea but from what I understand apnea is required for Ins to pick this surgery bill up. I could hear a fly zoom by my bedroom window at night... I am tired even after I supposeably sleep..good luck
