BAD WEATHER!

Seriously here everyone...I hope you do not think I am absolutely going insane, but I think the end of the world is closer than we all believe. This crazy weather is just insane!!! --------------------------------- This morning I get up to go to gym around 9am...temperature 37F This afternoon, it is now 60F and nice out...we are under a tornado watch..in the winter..in MICHIGAN...what gives??? This time of year we are usually having school closings because of bad weather. In Grand Rapids, which is all but a 45 minute drive from where I live at in Kalamazoo, the temperature is 30F..... Up north from here, still in lower Michigan, they are under an ice storm watch.. -------------------------------- I know there will be a tornado somewhere tonight....probably near here...I hope I make it! If you guys do not see me post tomorrow...you know something happened! Pray for good weather...and this whole mess to blow over! Love to you all.... Mandie P.S. Honey, I feel your pain. We have a tornado watch now and wind advisory up to 55mph all night tonight. LOL. And it's still snowing/slushing/sleeting.

No snow here today...but we did get the freezing rain this morning. Right now the wind is blowing so strong that I think the only thing the tree by our carport needs its own runway. I just looked at the weather in South Haven on the News 3 live web cam....man -- in just 3 minutes the wind and everything made it look like hurricane weather pictures from last year in MS. That would be me and my family gathering our pillows and getting ready to hide under the table if the warning sirens go off! Mandie

We are having a warm front and a drought right now. I actually have the A/C on because I'm warm. Anyone who wants to get out of the cold for a bit is certainly welcome to come for a visit!! C Leigh

I SURVIVED!!! Our weather ended up turning into a thunderstorm...go figure. I can remember one winter years and years ago, back in the late 70s when we had 3 feet of snow in February...we are killing ourselves people...global warming is real! Mandie

Yesterday here...it was 70 with a wind advisory and tornado watch. We had strong thunderstorms all night and this morning it is a balmy 30 degrees...19 with the wind chill. So I guess I am not getting over this cold very soon. Nickie

You are I just love you! Glad you survived the weather. It's the same here in Mississippi. One day it's cold, the next we could wear shorts. Very strange. Feb is usually the one month we can count on it being very cold. *singing* It's the end of the world as we know it....it's the end of the world as we know it...and I feel fine.... HUGS Kimberly
