I am having a boo-hoo fest today!! Let me apologize in advance for my whining!!! I have been soooo good! For months now, I have been following the rules and it just seems like every pound is a struggle. I have been working out 3 times a week and jogging 6 times a week for months now and the weight is just creeping off!! Dangit...I am so frusterated!!! The only area I seem to fall short in is meeting my minimum calories. As some of you know, I have been struggling to get in enough calories, but I usually hit the 800-900 two or three times a week. Okay, when I actually see that written out, it seems pretty sad! I treat myself (a sweet or carb) on rare occasions and I don't have too many cravings in that dept, but I guess I'm just an over achiever and under performer in this area of my life!! When I think of it in rational terms-95 lbs gone in less than 7 months, I know I should be thankful, but it just seems like I am going the extra mile and still falling short. I still have much more to lose! Thank you for reading this through. I must sound like a total boob!! Somone please give me a reality check!! Or a swift kick in the butt!!! C

"total boob" "swift kick in the butt" By the fact that you are using these terms....I am sure you are you! There you go .... reality check done!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Come here......{{{{{hugs}}}}}} I know how you feel I have been struggling too...but I know it will all work out in the end. We just have to have patience which is much easier said than done. Mandie

Do you feel as though even though you arent seeing the weight drop, your still getting smaller? Since your working out so much, you may be gaining muscle and losing fat.

I only notice my clothes getting looser when I lose a chunk of poundage at one time. (like 4-5 lbs a in 1 week). Of course, this rarely happens!! I have only gone down one size in the last two months. I can totally feel the muscles developing, especially in my legs, but I swear it is going to take another 2 years to drop this weight. AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Can you hear my silent screams?!!!!!!!!!!! My quiet shame????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The voice inside my head????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enough drama!!! No wonder men think we're nuts!!! It's all true!!!

Channon You little shrinking boob.. ( Man, I feel like all I ever write about on here is boobs!) channon.... You have done so well so far and you are losing all the time.. inches if not pounds. Those pounds are going to drop away from you soon enough. Try to eat more protein it will help to burn to the fat off.. You know these things. I know them too but I still feel the way you feel today. Our bodies are adjusting along the way to goal weight and we will get there. But, you have to get the protein in. I am going to go back to having at least a shake or protein drink a day I stopped a while back and I think I should start again.. Are you still drinking your Protein? .. I am sending you good {{{{vibes}}}} for a loss in the morning!! peace Mo

Sweetie! You are doing fabulous and you look great-- You should NOT feel guilty about steak and shrimp. You need protein, and denser protein keeps you from feeling full. The weight loss is supposed to slow down a bit now and you are gaining muscle. Take your measurements, I am POSTIVE you have lost inches. Hang in there-- HUGS Andrea

Channon, steak and shrimp are like the BEST thing you can eat, and you KNOW IT!!!! You are SO my hero. I STILL have not started running again(or walking), and every day I think, if Channon does it, why don't I? I will start today, of you promise me that you will measure yourself! Me, I never measured in the beginning, so I wouldn't know if I got better/smaller.
