I weighed this morning and I have officially lost 103 lbs since surgery and 110 1/5 since my first visit with Dr. Shin. I have seen a big slow down in my weight loss. Just wanted to share my joy!!!
Great job on the Century Mark!!.. It is scary thinking about slowing down.. I just keep in mind that I was given a 18 month window of opportunity for the greatest weight loss and I keep plugging along.. congrats to you !!
