sherbert or ice cream
I have an ice cream maker (pretty reasonable at bed,bath & beyond). I make mushy ice cream with skim milk, splenda and unsweetened chocolate. In a pinch it gets the job done. It's also a pain in the but to actually make ice cream, so it is something I only do about 1X per month-- so I don't go nuts.
I'm a sherbert girl....I've had small amounts of ice cream in the last week or so and it sits very heavy in my tummy....makes me feel "yuckY"....so if I get any, it'll be sherbert....if you're hung up on eating the carbs, then try pork rinds instead....they usually go down pretty easy and most are 0 or 1 carb per serving...
