sick
i spent wed and thurs healing my son- 3 yr old- got bronchitus that needed nebulizer treatments every 3 hours- turned into an asmathic bronchutus?? went to work today- FIELD TRIP- rollerskating- and yes- even with the back- as wed and thurs it started hurting again- so no walking- just stretches- well- i put on skates and went around once- with 2 jr high boys holding each arm!!! so i wouldn't fall.. and I didn't THANK GOODNESS.. i quickly got my skates off- and put my shoes back on!! but when we got back to the school- 4 hours later- my voice was gone- totally- and i got home- and crashed (hadn't slept since tuesday because of son) for an hour- and woke up- with NO energy- or strength- i could hardly walk up the stairs to bed- dh is at work- and i just gave son another neb treatment and trying to get enough energy to walk back into bed... haven't lost any more weight- i eating junk- i really should get protein drinks in- as i barley get 35 grams of protein in a day- i'm really bad with that...buttoned my size 14 jeans- but still too snug to wear out of the house... DARN IT... it's all my fault though- not being able to walk/exercise and then eating poorly.. since christmas- it's totally my fault... i need some clear instructions on HOW TO START AGAIN all over..

Jennifer-
Cut yourself some slack sweetie. Your son is sick and your feeling terrible, and you have been battling a bad back!
Your doing fine! First things first-- Drink tea and / or water to get better. When DH comes home, either make him cook or get you some chicken soup-- It is soothing, healthy and has some protein.
Once you feel better, worry about the other stuff.
Hugs and warm thoughts,
Andrea
Jennifer~ You need to kick this thing in the AZZ!! Get some serious rest. I was sick all last week with a fever, sore throat and other related sinus-goo issues. I only ran once b/c the air was too cold to breath in on a sore throat! Anywho-I lost three lbs last week in spite of it all. You can still make good eating choices while you are sick~but don't beat yourself up over every little carb. Get your protein in!! I have heard that it can help in the healing process(don't know if it's true or not!)
As for starting over: When you feel better~Make sure that you keep track of your intake (cals, protein, carbs, h2o) Your Dr. designed your weightloss plan so make sure that you follow whatever their instructions are. Emotionally-it's just so much earies to comply. There is no guilt or regret when you follow the plan. I know~easier said than done.
I just bought a size 14 this weekend too. They are "Seven" jeans which the sales lady said run almost a size too small. WOOT WOOT!! They do beautiful things for my boo-tay!!!! Expensive, but worth the price for a kickin' tushy!
Sorry that you feel so lousy,
C Leigh
