I want to know what your secret is! I have been having a really tough time of it lately. I have been on what I consider a stall............I hit that century mark and have only lost about 5 lbs since then! Hi Grace! Wow, I *love* your pic!!! You look fabulous!! Yes, Dr. Read was very much blown away! He kept shaking my hand. It was great! I really wanted to be under 200lbs by then, but I wasn't. I kicked myself for that a lot. Probably part of my depression. I was expecting too much from myself. Gotta keep it realistic! Thank you so much for the congrats. That makes me feel good. I agree, we need to hook up! Oh honey, I'm sorry you've been having a tough time. I really feel for you. Those are so hard. And then stalling and all that. I do feel for you!
