Eating and Drinking

According to my program, I am not supposed to drink 30 minutes before I eat, and an hour after. I try to be *very* anal about this. I even set my alarm on my phone for an hour after I am finished eating. And I feel full forever most times. I try to get *very* hydrated before I eat so I'm not so dry when it's time to eat. That helps me a lot. It's way easier than it used to be since I can drink more at a time now. I also take very small bites of dry stuff. I don't eat a lot of bread (oh how I miss it!) so I don't have as much of a problem with dry stuff. But sometimes I will, and I eat very small bites and chew very well. I will chew dry food til it's pretty much liquified. I was told that I would have to eat this way for the rest of my life. It was hard (I was a HUGE drinker before) but I finally got used to it.
