What do you eat?
I make a cheesecake! LOL Here's the recipe:
STRAWBERY CHEESECAKE
2 - 8 oz pkgs Fat Free Cream Cheese
8 oz Fat Free Cool Whip
1/2 cup Splenda
1 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Strawberries as desired (froz or fresh)
Mix Cream cheese, 2 cups of cool whip & 1/4 cup of Splenda with Mixer or Food Processor.
Pour into Pie Shell. Let Chill for 2 hrs.
Top with sliced strawberries & graham cracker crumbs.
Take remaining Cool Whip and spread on top.
Layer sliced strawbrerries on top of cool whip and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Let Pie chill for approx. an hour. Then serve chilled.
**I've made it without the strawberries - still yummy.

I keep a bag of chocolate chips at home and everyone knows they are mine so they don't touch. I know it's not healthy but a hanful (48 pieces) has 70 calories and 8 gms. sugar and it helps with my chocolate craving. I'll eat that once a day, I even count how many little chips so I don't go over the 48 but I'll put like 10 at a time in my mouth and just let them melt so it can last longer. I still need my chocolate.
Hey Nancy ~ I'm going to admit to all of my sins in one email. I rarely snack during the day so I don't feel too bad about what I'm going to post(well, I do have a mid-afternoon snack/meal but that doesn't count). Almost every night just before bed, I have a can of cold diet soda and a piece of good quality chocolate (lately it's been Ghiradelli or a truffle from Harry & David's). For my mid-afternoon snack, I often have light yogurt with some of the GoLean Crunch. Sometimes, I'll just have the GoLean Crunch (it tastes a lot like the Sugar Smacks cereal). Since Halloween, I've had tons of candy in my office (I'm guessing at least 20 bags) and have eaten very little (probably less than 30 pieces since Halloween). I guess that since I know I'm allowing myself the one good piece at night, I'm not snacking during the day.
Take care,
Maria

Wow, there are a lot of good ideas here!! Cool! For my damnable sweet tooth, we keep S/F pudding in the house. Mmm, I *love* it. We are getting a collection of S/F syrups and when I mix about 1/4 cup of Irish Cream syrup into the pudding, it tastes *just* like yellow cake batter. Solves that craving right away! We also use a bit of S/F raspberry syrup in with the S/F cheesecake pudding, S/F strawberry syrup in with the S/F banana pudding, ect. It really does help. I can't remember the calories or anything, though. Sometimes I will also allow myself to have some chocolate. But then I get to craving it more, and I just recently found I'm reverting to a nasty habit that I *must* have something sweet after lunch & dinner, so I had to put a stop to that. But the pudding works wonders for me.
Good luck hun. It's a hard battle, huh?
