What do you eat?
What seems to help me a little, is to drink coffee or tea with splenda, or whatever sugar free sweetner you use. It actually helps me curb my appetite a bit if im starving too. I make it a bit extra sweet so that it will satisfy that nasty sweet tooth. If its really bad, I wont deprive myself and i'll have a little bit of candy or whatever it may be, maybe 2 cookies or something like that. Like today at work, we have a delicous box of russell stover candies staring at me and all day i had one piece, thats it.
Ashley--That is a great idea!!! I see those all of the time at the store, but I never think to buy them.
Last week I was craving brownies for several days. I bet I consumed several hundred calories trying to quench that craving. I ended up having a SMALL brownie anyway. Just a very small one-like a bite size. Craving-GONE!! Lesson learned. The key is to not have it in the house.
