? EXCERCISE?
Hi ya all. I am six months post-op and have lost 102 lbs.. But I am wondering have any of you all developed an excercise program for yourself that is working. I have access to a fitnesss center at my apartments. I do now walk at least 3 miles 5 days a week it is at a 3.1 mph and at a 5-7% grade. I am however looking for more a program of how many sets and what excercise to do for my arms and also thighs. Also my stomach. I would go to a gym but My family is on a very tight budget and I can not as much as I try squeeze a gym membership in. So I would appreciate anyones help or even advice.
