Feet Shrinkage

Okay, has anyone else had their shoe size go down... That is just silly-- My feet were actually the one small thing about me prior to surgery . Also, my theory is I would be less of a klutz if I had bigger feet- so NOW I am doomed! Seriously I went from a 7.5/8 to a 6.5/7.0 That's just nuts!

Yahooooo, I am not the only one!!! I went from a monsterous size 12 to a 11. I couldn't be happier as size 12 shoes are not easy to find!!!!!! Another question Andrea~ Are you or anyone else having problems with leg cramps????? They seem to come at the most inconveinent times!! (if you know what I mean!!!!! lol lol lol lol lol) ......But seriously they are very painful and they are in the front of my legs instead of the back..........strange too if you ask me! I have never had cramps there before!!! Just wonderin' Grace

No cramps here-- Could be shin splints-- are you stretching after exercise??? Runners get them sometimes. However-- cramps could also be associated with low potassium. Make sure you are taking your vitamins religously and up your banana intake-- If it doesn't work, call the doc, soon... Cheers!

I went from a 10-1/2 to an 8-1/2. I will probably stay at that because my whole life until I became overweight I was always an 8 or 8-1/2. So no you are not the only ones! Nickie

I had to buy new shoes for the gym last week and was able to get a medium instead of a wide shoe...still as size 10 though. I am 5'6" and don't remember ever wearing a shoe size smaller than an 8 1/2 which was when I was about ten years old....(I still think it is a fluke that I fit into a medium...it must have been labled wrong) LOL Mandie

Same with me I could always wear a 7 1/2 or an 8 now I can still wear them just cant wear wides now any shoes that are wide that I have I cant use

I wish my feet would shrink!! I wear an 11; would *love* to be a 9! Although I haven't bought any shoes in like forever, so maybe they have shrunk? Now I wanna go try some on to see! Sorry I couldn't help ya. Sounds like it's pretty common, though. How weird that we would lose shoe sizes though, huh? Have a good day - and know you will be less of a klutz as you lose weight.
