Bitter and Sweet
The bitter: My weight has been up and down for a week!
The sweet: I can jog for 30 minutes straight through! I'm totally addicted to it! I crave it like I used to crave food or caffeine. Even at my most physically fit, I could only jog for 5 minutes at a time, so this feels like a huge accomplishment for me. -Thank you! Thank you!
I know it's rude to brag on myself, but I'm just too damn proud not to!

Oh no no no, you are not bragging on yourself. What you are doing is helping others- I can't jog for one minute! So, I see that you are doing it for 30 minutes, and I think "Well, maybe I should try harder- maybe I could do it" See? I WISH I was where you are- I would sooooo love to crave exercise...you are doing sooooo GREAT!!!!

I started around the 250# mark. I'm sure it was quite a sight!!! Ha! I saw a few people look at me like...What the he!! is she doing trying to run!! Oh well, I showed them!! My legs are starting to look shapely again. It pulled the muscles in around my hips, thighs and butt! In fact my new nick name is "sexy butt!" (But only from my husband! )
