I make a MEAN goulash!!! And it is taking it's toll on me now! I made WAY TOO much yesterday and we will have it for a week! UGH.....it is calling my name...........NO I WILL NOT GIVE IN ANYMORE!!! Scale not moving today...oh yes it is...I am UP TO 359...Yep you read it right folks....I have gone from 355 on December 27th up to 359....oh sure I have hit 351 and felt like....COOl I am finally losing again...HA......what a joke........RGH!!!!!!!! AND the gym is closed on Sundays so I cannot blame it on muscle.....it is all me...goulash and all!!! FR***ING fed up in Michigan..... Mandie, Just throw it out!! That's what I do when I cant resist the temptation. I know that food is money, but it's not worth gaining weight over. I've been fluctuating all week too. I think it's hormones. I didn't "weigh-in" today because my weight is just all over the place. Listen to us all! We've all had a frusterating week. I'm glad that tomorrow starts a new one, I could use a fresh start!! Hang in there!!! C Leigh

Ugh, I hate that ... I was down 225lbs then up 230lbs for the past 2 weeks. I'm down to 225lbs today cuz I've been sick ... but its so damn frustrating!! I've been taught never to throw food away, (besides, I'm a little poor right now ) so what I do if I made to much, is I put it in little containers and freeze it so there is only 2-3 servings in each container. That way I cant eat too much at a time cuz its frozen and I have some portion control cuz the containers have small portions. Good luck, I hope you loose again soon!!!

Sorry to hear about your stall/gain. I have been on a stall for the last month, until this week (lost 2 lbs in 4 weeks) and it is very frustrating. I am a goulash fanatic, myself, but did not think we could eat it because of the pasta (carbs). I would love to get your recipe (don't have my own) to try it myself and see if I can have it. Keep your head up. You are doing a great job and the weigth loss will continue. Have a great day.

I feel you Mandie, believe me. I just went through my little weight loss chart i keep and i noticed that since november 27, ive only lost 15 lbs! 2 months and only 15 pounds. talk about frigin disappointed. Why i feel so bad is because like you, i also have so much more to lose. It SUCKS! We really have to just keep our heads up and just stick to it and hopefully the weight loss will kick start! I dont know about you, but i just started losing hair. It seemed like everyone started losing their hair at about 4 months, but for me, its more like 6 months. May that stall finally break~~ Tiffany

Hey you better not give up girlfriend!!!! You worked too hard to get where are right now.. Believe me it'll come off sooner or later. I know how you feel. This is the first week I haven't lost any weight but I only blame myself. I had things to eat that I know damn well I should'nt have. So back on track this week and I'm hitting Curves 5x a week from now on. Cheri

Hey Mandie~ I feel your pain dear! I finally hit that century club and then I gained 5 lbs and now the damn scale will not move! I have been on my treadmill everynight! I know some of my food choices have not been the best, so I worked out more and still NOTHING!!! Just keep the faith! It will start moving for you again!!!!! That is what I keep telling myself!!!! Mandie, I just wanted to let you know that you are not the only one on a stall right now. It must be in the air. I have not lost anything for 3 weeks. At least you are exercising. I can't seem to motivate myself at all. Sometimes I get so frustrated with myself because I still have a long way to go and I'm not going to get to my goal sitting on my butt!
