alcohol...just in case any germies lay in my sinus and ears..
You have to have at least CHICKEN SOUP... it is good and liquid...VItamins are good but you need some nutrients to break the vitamins down!!

Thanks for the advice Pattian, I havent tried that yet, I'm not too fond of tea, but I've been trying to get in protein shakes for my liquid.
I did eat okay yesterday and felt good enough to go back to work, but this morning I felt like I was dumping, severe cramps, diahrea, nausea and a cold sweat. And I didnt eat anything except for the previous night I had a piece of hubby's pizza. Also, after I took a shower cuz I was drenched in sweat, my nose started bleeding, but luckily stopped after a few minutes!
I called the doctor on the bloodtests I did Monday, and it revealed I was anemic. She is still waiting on the results of my other nutritional levels.
Now that's a mounthful. N e ways, I'm hoping by tomorrow I'll be okay, and if I start taking extra iron, that I'll have my health and energy back!!

Mandie see about getting some Astragalus from a natural food store or anywhere that carries supplements. It is an immune system booster and it is AWESOME! You can take it daily all winter as a preventative, or you can take it when you feel something coming on. Take it with several thousand mg of C and day and you will feel soooo much better!
We swear by it. I haven't had the flu in years...and if we feel "something" coming on we take it and C for a couple of days. WIthin 24 hours you feel SO MUCH better!
