Today I hit 100 pounds gone! Wohoo! I've been trying to get there for my six month anniversary, but missed it by a little over a week. My one month plateau is past, but loosing is at a quarter of the speed it was. Start: 320 Today: 219.5 Lost: 100.5 I'm feeling pretty good. I'm thinking, "Yes, I can live the rest of my life like this." I continue to work on upping the water (not at 64 oz a day yet), and protein first. Sometimes I think I can eat too much and recently I've cut back even further on the carbs and restarted drinking protein drinks at least once every other day. Excercise level is higher, at least 4 times a week (was once or none weekly just a month ago). I enjoy hearing how you all are doing. -Pam

Ok I seem to be slowing up on the weight loss...Still watching what I eat and trying to drink.. I was doing great and found out that the torn meniscus was not a torn meniscus but a torn PCL... SO all the physical thereapy that was painful did not help... but hurt... NOW I am on track PT 2 times a week - I ask to ride the recumbent bike longer before and after to get excercise. The Ortho doctor will not let me do the treadmill or walking... Now I have to rearrange my excercise. I am losing slower than before...that is okay as my skin is not too bad yet.. One bout with a little yeast infection in my belly button...!! HEaled that.. pre surg 284 SURG 274-6 so long ago I forgot... Today 190LBs _________________ 84 lbs lost waiting to hit the CENTURY MARK
