Do you count calories??
My doctor/nutritionist do not have me counting calories. They have me counting Protein (90 grams), Fats (no more than 17 grams per meal or 45-60 per day), and sugar (no more than 6 grams per serving). I have not had my 6 month appointment yet (will probably be a 7 month appointment) and have not had a chance to talk to them lately, though. Things may change the next time I see them.

I keep track of mine on fitday.com. After a few months you just "kinda know" how many calories you are consuming. I still keep track so that I don't forget. I stay it between 800-1000 although I have had less than 800 several days this week. I think it's time to up the cals for a few days.
