girly question

Okay girls!! I have a question...Do you weigh yourself during your period? Not only am I not losing weight (monthly bill came in 2 days ago), but I gained 1.5 lbs. Does this happen to you too? Do you drop right after? What's up? Tell me your experiences. C Leigh

Hi-It actually happens to me every month. The third we of each month I seem to gain 2.5 pounds and then lose it and usually a little more the next week. It upset me at first, then I realized the reason. I take it in stride now. I wi**** didn't happen but it does (to me at least). Take care, joyce

I gain at least 4 pounds and it comes back off very slowly and then I get a bigger drop a few days later. Nancy

Hi~ I am right here with ya! Thank you for reminding me though~ I forget and always get mad!!! Then after a week all is back to normal! One question I also have for you........................has anything changed for you re: our little friend that visits? I was always normal beforeand now after losing a lot of weight, the last visit I had lasted almost a full month! And it wasn't an everyday thing. It was more like day on, day off for almost 4 weeks, just to keep me on my toes I guess! Grace

Grace- I had the never ending visit but it wasn't on and off Constant flood-- I eventually had to go and get a D&C. Now it is a little spotting every three weeks or so. I need a follow up. The OB/GYN said your hormones get out of wack from losing the weight so quickly, so it happens frequently. Stinks though. sorry if this is TMI Andrea

Yes it's normal. At least for me. I gain a lb. or 2 but when it's over the weight comes right back off. Thank God Cheri
