on the bandwagon!
OK, so I cheated horribly over the holidays and I am feeling soooo guilty. So I decided to jump on the bandwagon and make a resolution. I will excersise at least 5 days a week and I will eat protein first and foremost!!! As far as the exercise goes I am doing great! But.........................I cannot stop eating! I feel like I am eating nonstop and I have not lost a pound since hitting the century mark on the 3rd. I am trying so hard to do the right thing but I feel so hungery all the time! What is the secret? How do I stop the hunger? Please make it just go away!!!!!!!! I am getting scared that my body has found a way around this surgery and it is going to win! Anyone else having this issue?

all I can say is Im hungry most of the time !!! Today I did try something different. Instead of my Rasin Bran or my South Beach cereal, I ate some eggs ( lot less carbs) and I wasnt hungry all day. I also got me some sugar free candy to suck on at the dollar store, so that helped a little bit too. I think it was 5 pieces for 25 calories. I really have no advise except to share w/ you that Im there w/ you too .
