I lost 8 pounds overnight!!!

WTF?! I hadn't lost ANYTHING for almost 2 months, and then overnight I lost 8 pounds - all in water weight I assume. Jumped from 169 to 161. HOOORAY!!!! Or maybe the scale broke.

That's so awesome!!! It must have been in the air or something last night, cuz i lost 3 lbs overnight too!!! Hooooray for us.... Lisa

Lost 2 pounds overnight, and 2 the night before, for a total of 4 in two days! lol YaY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh, I'm totally jealous, I picked up 4lbs overnight. Weighed in at 226lbs on Monday and today I'm back up to 230lbs!!! I do know its water weight though, cuz my hands were swollen today and I could feel it in my ring. Also had a bit too much sodium yesterday so today I'm gonna be sodium free!!! Congrats to you though ... its amazing how our bodies work!!!!

WOOHOO!!! I love nights like that! Haven't quite lost 8 in one night, but I've lost 5 overnight before! It's GREAT! HUGS Kimberly
