Finally got off my butt
Well my son finally drug me to the gym tonight, I could only do cardio because of my hernia but I rode the bike for about 30 minutes, and it felt really good to be moving, I also went to the store and got some more healthy food, and now I just have to learn what portions to have like I have poated before I have not seen my Surgeon or been back to cori since my surgery I was one of the stupid patience that thought the pouch would do all my work for me and now Im satuc at almost 6 months and only 60 pounds gone...but its time to get serious, Lisa mJ

You are taking all the right steps. You just have to keep believing that you CAN and WILL work this tool! Just because you've lost a little slower, doesn't mean you will stop losing. Cut out the carbs and try to go to an Atkins type diet and see what happens. I bet the gym will help too!

ps...any local support groups around there? Does your surgeon offer support groups? Do you go? Look into it if not. They really help!
