Calories Burned?
I was thinking custom activities. Something we can create and add to the activities, like we can custom foods. Is there a way to do that? If there is, let me know how, cause I can't seem to figure it out! Other than that, I *love* fitday and track my stuff in it every day. It keeps me honest.

Fitday has a bunch of things if you go to the Activity tab and go under conditioning exercises. THey have all kinds of stuff from housework to cross country skiing ! Yesterday while i was using the crosstraining elipical ( the one that has the moving handles for your arms... for 30 minutes I burned 300 calories and went 2.5 miles)... but I think alot is dependent on how fast you go.
