Thanks Cheri my dear, and just so you know ... you look really, really beautiful too ... but you owe us a body shot AND more pictures!! I'm a 24 Hour Fitness member so trying to do some classes. I did 1/2 of a spinning class yesterday (I'm paying for it today), then 20 minutes on the treadmill. Last night when I got home, did 100 crunches and some arm exercises with 3lbs dumbells. I'm gonna try and do that 5 times a week. This morning I did 25 minutes at the treadmill, I try to push myself as much as I can, and although I'm not running/jogging yet, I power walk and set inclines as I can handle it. Then I did 20 minutes on the circuit focusing on my arms. Wednesday nights I usually do water aerobics for an hour, Thursday I'm resting and Friday they have an hour strengh and toning class that I'm gonna take. They also have classes during the weekend, so if I miss a a workout during the week, I'm gonna try and attend a class on the weekend. I want to exercise x4 to x5 times a week. I'm gonna try and take advantage of all the classes they offer, so I have alot of variety and my body doesnt get bored and platau. Whew, now that's a mouthful!!
