sunday- what was on the menu?

Did much better today- no carb snacks! breakfast- 1 scrambled egg with cheese sprinkled on top- didn't fini**** and 1 slice of crisp bacon no snack lunch- slice of deli ham (couldn't fini**** nothing was going down well) no snack supper- 6 baby carrots, 1 baby red potato, some roast beef (crockpot meal)- all equaled 1/2 cup. snack in an hour and a half- planning on having a cheese stick. all water in, b-12, and 2 flinestone vitamin- took some of my liquid vicodin for hip/back pain. walked target for an hour- and treadmill for 30 minutes tonight.. jennifer

It was a hungry day for me ! B - 1/2 meal replacement bar from South Beach - Cin. Cream Snack protein shake - unjury w/ carb countdown & 1/4 banana Snack - took 2 bites of my sons PB&J Lunch - Wendy's Chili 1/2 a small container & 3 crackers Snack- Yogurt w/ some granola in it Dinner - Steak ( about 1 1/2 oz), 3 bites of rice & veggies about 1/2 cup Snack- abou 6 goldfish bp thingies & a sf pb cookie 991 cal 30fat 112carbs 77 protein Lots of calories and lots of carbs.... I need to do better !!!! It just seems if I eat lots of protein... I end up w/ a gazillion carbs !!!

OH I did exercise !!!! I did an hour long power flex class - which is free weights - they work on each muscle group for 6minutes.... back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, 5 min of squats, 5 min of lunges, & 10 minutes on abs. Then I did 30 minutes on the eliptical cross trainer ! so Im sure I burned off some of those things !

Sick as a Dog today. Some sort of Headcold. All congested and Day or Nyquil only helps a wee bit did not eat Breakfast. Two slices of hoffman's cheddar cheese Had half of a roasted chicken six inch sub for lunch, with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles 3 ounces of Southwestern Style Cube steak with 1 cup Salad, took 40 minutes to eat!! 1 Vanilla pudding, Sugar free ( the ones fomr the snack Pak) 1 slice of Peach cobbler, made with Splenda and Carb Clever Peaches. 2 Glasses of CC Choc Milk 2 glasses of Gatorade (need those electrolytes, sucks being sick) 1 bottle of Propel Grape water Niesha 285/278/212/175 .............^........ Only 13 lbs from One'derland!!

I did bad. Don't even want to talk about it. lol Too many carbs, and UGH do I feel bad.

I was bad- COffee coffee and three mint chocalte hard candies...BAD BAD Bought a salad for lunch Had a touch of stomach distress skipped lunch had a taco bell chicken lettuce tomatoe gordita COffee coffee bad girl I KNOW>. Tomorrow: Just boiled an egg for breakfast- I can eat the white with no problem but the yoke makes me gag. Lunch a small taco with chicken dinner a small steak and green beans will try to drink more..
