Tim: I saw on the Sunday weigh in that you have lost an incrediable 157 pounds since surgery! You Rock buddy! Now I know men lose quicker than women.. so I'm still happy with my 75 pounds to date. But, even for a guy that weight loss is astounding! Congratulations to you!!! peace Mo 290/215/150?

Thanks Mo, it's been quite the ride! Looks like you're doing pretty good yourself. The big loss along with the absence of any major complications have left me feeling truely blessed. My only regret is that I didn't do this a couple years ago. I feel so good now compared to how I was that it is indescribable to anybody who hasn't gone through what we are doing. Keep it going! Tim
