What didja eat yesterday?
To make myself look at what I am eating and document it...
When I woke up: General Foods Intl. Coffee - 1 mug (SF)
Breakfast: Protein drink
Snack: Bowl of grits with cheese, 1 oz. of soynuts
Lunch: 1 crepe, 1 SF peanut butter cookie
Snack: Protein drink
Later snack: mug of real chai with SPlenda and 2% milk
Dinner: Protein drink
4 oz. of vodka, plenty of cigarettes to round it all out. (love that vodka, man..)
5 mugs of caffeine free herbal tea during the day
All my vitamins and stuff.
Hmm. boy, my diet looks pretty sucky now that i have written it down.
I spent Saturday making magical peanut butter cookies and phyllo chocolate pudding cups, crepes for lunch,a chutney and doing other stuff around the house.
I also updated my websites, prepared for a conference in PHX on the 17th, and generally was lazy. No exercise. No *real* back-breaking housework.
This morning is One month and 4 days of the scales not moving down (or up). I had a theory yesterday that I told my husband about - I said honey, maybe i am just DONE losing all the weight i'm gonna lose. I bet if I had plastic surgery now, I could get rid of like another 15 pounds and I would be fine. He looked at me in that "you poor thang - i don't think so" kinda of way.
Anyhoo, I can see I need to plan a little better and eat a little more and a little healthier. Exercise. Dance more. I think I am a little depressed with the weather - I'm one of those weird light sensitive people and I get down when the weather is gray...

Okay, here goes. Short but "sweet".
Breakfast-2 slices of swiss cheese
Lunch- about 1/2 cMexican soup w/shredded pork & a few (5-6) chips w/queso fundido
Snack-1 scoop of ice cream (it was so worth the guilt-yum!)
Tons of ice water all day long!! I was craving it-yum. I stopped counting after 64 oz.
Dinner-nothing really, I must have forgot to eat.

Not too bad of a day, even with the ice cream! I would have had another pro. shake if I would have tracked my protein intake better yesterday.

Today I feel yuck. Having bathroom troubles. Wonder if it's all the cheese I have been eating? I hurt! So it's 10 AM and I have eaten nothing and drank nothing.

Aunt Jemina bacon, egg and cheese burrito for breakfast, spit out the last bite and threw away 1/4 of it cuz of a yucky taste

Why are we all so bad? We know better. *sigh*
