Just had my 6 month aniversary on the 6th Didn't weigh myself today, but I did yesterday and it was... Start 430 Yesterday 274 Total lost 157 The last 2 weeks I gained 6 lbs and then lost it again. Over all I'm damn estatic. Keep it up everybody, we're doing GREAT! Tim
