I've been all over the place: up 4, down 6, up 2, down 1. I think it's hormones -- ahem...if you know what I mean. Official loss for the week: 1 lb 306 DOS 223 Today ----------- 83 lbs - yeah! I'm pleased. Okay, off to church C Leigh Cristi--that's awesome girl!!

I lost within half a pound of what I had gained. I believe mine is hormonal too. So my weightloss up til this point is 83 pounds. I'm starting to think I even look good! We're all doing an awesome job!! Horray for us all! Sandy
