I'll start today.
Wow, the protein train rolls on.
B: 1 fried egg & 1 oz. cheddar cheese
L: The Gladiator Smoothie from Smoothie King
S: 1/2 cup soy nuts
This is so far. Wow. I am really thirsty. my mouth is so dry and I have the worst taste in my mouth. Is that all the protein?
Protein so far today: 74 grams
Wow I don't think I have ever had this much protein this early in the day!
B - grits with mozarella cheese, a couple ozs. nuts
S - protein drink
L - 4 sticks of celery with 7 layer dip, 1/3rd of a fuji apple, 2 crackers
S- gonna have another protein drink at 5
D - planning on having bean and cheese burrito
5 mugs of herbal tea and water so far
also 1 mug of general foods international sugar free french vanilla coffee
I ate fewer carbs today and was less hungry... I just hate eggs and most cheese... and I can only eat small portions of meat... so whats a girl gonna eat ???? .
Breakfast - Unjury shake w/ carb countdown milk & 1/3 banana in it
Lunch - Cobb Salad
Snack - Yogurt
Dinner 1/2 south beach 4 cheese pizza
Snack later - 4 oz Unjury shake w/ carb countdown milk
had about 40 oz of water & about 30 oz of crystal light tea
For a total of : 800 calories 26 fat 69 carbs 88 protein
B - Nectar Protein Shake
S - 1/2 cup Beef Teriyaki Healthy Choice Meal
L - Nectar Protein Shake
S - 1/2 peanut butter and SF jelly sandwich (atkins bread)
Have no idea what's for dinner. I have leftover chicken chow mein and black bean chicken, but almost fell of my chair when I saw how many calories in one cup. I'm bringing the leftovers to work tomorrow to give away so there is no temptation ...
Wow, Man oh man you are all really getting your protein in.. me? not so great.. here goes..
Breakfast: Crystal lite & Vitamins
Coffee
1 small peice of toast with peanut butter
Lunch: 1/4 of a cup of chicken soup
grilled cheese and tomato on whole wheat
Dinner: I had chinese.. or ?
1 spring roll
3 schezwan shrimp
1/4 of a peice of egg foo young
few spoons of rice
Snack later: will be Protein Drink, Nector Tealisious.. and maybe a amall apple.. you think this was a lot of food?.. today was a hungry day, somedays I have no appetite..BUT I HAVE RESOLVED TO DO A SHAKE A DAY>> AND I WILL DO IT LATER TONIGHT>..by 9:00 p.m.

These days that I work all day are a killer. I have a hard time getting everything in.
So far....
Breakfast: ...Hmmm...I most have skipped it. I can't remember eating
Lunch: 1/2 of a ham and swiss sandwich
snack: 3 bites of a scotcheroo bar
Dinner: Homemande chicken carbanara (tons of protein, tons of fat as well, but heaven on earth)
I've already had 50 oz. of water
I'll take a jog 90 minutes after dinner.
I'm not doing as well as I had hoped this week. I need to plan my meals better. I get stuck eating what is available and I'm never home where all of the "legal" food is.

B: 1 Egg and sausage Breakfast Toast'em two slices of Hoffmans Chedder cheese
S: I whole apple peeled and sliced up.
L: 1 1/2 cup salad w/boneless chicken wings, a few bites of Mashed Cauliflower...We went out to eat at 99 last night!!
S: Teryaki Beef Jerky...YUM...12 grams protein per ounce. 70 Calories, 1g fat...5 Carbs!! and it counts as iron intake...I eat it almost daily...
D: Steak tips Portabello w/broccolli. (Lean Cuisine) 10 carbs!! 15grams Protein, 180 Calories
Liquids: Mostly Propel, Nestea and Every other day i have a glass of Gatorade to keep up my electrolytes and potassium....Doc says if it doesnt make me dump than its fine to have as long as i dont have more than a glass a day.....
