Lately I feel like I have been constantly eating !!!!! Everytime I turn around Im munching on something... I feel like Im constantly hungry. I eat small portions ( usually no more than a 1/2 cup) so it seems like an hour later or sometimes 30 minutes ( if it was soft) Im starved again !!!!! Whats up ? Breakfast 1/2 whole wheat english muffin w/ 1tbsp pbutter Snack apple Lunch 1/4 c fried rice & 1/2 cup steam veggies Snack 1/4 of a southbeach protein bar Dinner - broken up over 2 hours.... 1 cup of Cobb Salad & then later 1/2 cup of chicken chili w/ 1 1/2 tbsp of cottage cheese mixed in. so far thats only 717cal 34 fat 73carbs 38 protein Im thinking of maybe making a protein drink w/ Carb couuntdown and 1 scoop of unjury which would bring my count up to : 852 cal 34fat 79carb 66 protein But Im kind of full..... I dont know what I should do... How did yall do ??

Well, this morning I had a sliver of cream cheese with a little mint jelly on top and 4 wheat thins. Then I had a pickle. Then I had a homemade peanut butter ball. Then I had a bite of a pizza - YUK Then I had 1/4 of a chick fil a sandwich. HMMMM Felt like I was eating all day. I may have thrown in another peanut butter ball. But geez - I won't even attempt to count protein or anything. This is sad. No wonder I'm not losing. OH YEAH... I did have 1 bite of green peas and a bite or two of rice while feeding Olivia lunch. I think I'll have to really start writing down what I eat. I know I didn't make good choices today, but I just really REALLY had a bad day. I did do one smart thing, because I was so mad at all the kids I made Scott (dh) go to the store and get me some munchies, but told him to get me the Chick-fil-a on the way home. I ate that first and of course had no room for the chex mix that I was craving. So I guess that's a good thing. I really need to be more accountable. Thanks for this. HUGS Kimberly

hmmm... lemme see.. B - protein drink S - nothing L - protein drink and Right Bite 100 cal. crackers S - 5 or 6 whole wheat crackers, 7 layer veggie bean dip another snack - protein drink D - cheese grits and sesame seeds about 8 damn cups of chamomile tea with splenda nan

so for the past 4 days my right ear has been bugging me. well today it's all "foggy" so i called the nurse line- and they want to see me tomorrow- right now my ear HURTS like heck- she told me to take tylenol- do you think i have any in the house- NOPE- just meltaways ages 2-6 or whatever- so i took 4- and my GUT is killing me... my back hurts- my hips hurts.. and now my right ear hurts- WHINE WHINE WHINE... and i still haven't lost a freek'n pound in 3 weeks.. just keep gaining... darn it.. breakfast- cheese stick snack- peanut butter filled wheat crackers- 4 of them lunch- left over enchilada from supper last night- stomach hurt- wanted to hurl it up.. no snack- supper- meatball and a tiny portion of spaghetti- (equal to 3/4 cup in total for everything) got my vitamins, b-12 and all water in.. exercise- walked 30 minutes at a mall (WINTER- blah), also walked and did a lot of stairs at work today.. jennifer (who's ear is really making her cry)

OMGosh...I just now got home. I promised my in laws that I would go shopping with them today for furniture. I drove about 20 minutes to meet them and right before I got there I felt sick. I had to stop into a grocery store and throw up. I was hoping that they would let me go home, but they never said, "Hey, let's do this when you are feeling better!" It was more like..."buck up and lets go!" And of course I didn't have the nerve to ask since we had been planning this for a week and they drove 30 minutes to meet me. I was throwing up in their car (into a plastic cup) all day! Serves them right. Then my mother-in-law starts an arguement in an electronic store with my hubby (I was in the bathroom-vomiting). Oh, I was so mad! She drives me crazy!! We spent 11 hours trapped with them in a car on the other side of town. Ahhh...Thank you...I had to vent or I would have exploded! There, I feel better! Breakfast: protein shake snack: nothing - sick lunch: nothing - sick snack: nothing - sick dinner: fajita's ( just a tiny bit)-feeling better I only drank about 30 oz. of H2O today, and most of that came back up anyway! I'm pooped! Goin to bed...OMG...It's only 9:30...I'm turning geezer! Love to all, C Leigh

Hi there!! With looking at your menu for the day I would say the culprit is the carbs...which is why you seem to be so hungry...you started your day with bread...lunch was rice and veggies....and not nearly enough dense protein. Try upping your protein with your meals, should help. HTH, Nickie

Okay, yeah. So Carbs are the culprit, b/c I have lost another 2 pounds, making my loss 3 lbs so far for the week, after two and a half weeks at a stall. Or maybe it's the exercise, cuz I increase my exercise and decreased my carbs at the same time. I am just trying to keep my carbs below 60. I still eat them, just less. Yesterday though... Breakfast. 1 egg with one ounce of cheese Snack - 1 ounce of cheese Lunch 6 boiled shrimp with cheese sauce and about 5 small bites of baked potato (dumped on this ugh felt terrible) Snack - 1 ouce cheese Dinner - 2 bites of steak and about 7 tortilla chips with salsa This was a bad eating day, cuz I worked like 13 hours and went to eat with family for son's b-day. Calories: 748 Carbs: 39 Fat: 40 Protein: 58
