How did we eat today ?
Breakfast 1/2 whole wheat english muffin w/ 1tbsp pb
Snack Apple & 3 hersey kisses
Lunch 1 cup of tomato/goldfish soup & brocoli
Snack beef jerkey 80 calories 12g of protien
Dinner 1/2 cup pasta & 1/4 cup alfredo sauce w/ 1 piece of grilled chicken apx 1 oz
I will probably have a protien shake for my evening snack.
about 40 oz of water and no exercise today... Aunt Flo started & Im feeling crampy !

Bowl of Rice Krispies and 1 cup skim milk (does this count as eating and drinking together?) lol
Snack - 1.5 oz cheddar cheese
Lunch- 1/2 smart ones meal
Snack - The Gladiator Smoothie
Dinner - 1/4-1/2 cup spaghetti with meat sauce

751 calories
23 g fat
54 g carbs (lil high)
82 g PROTEIN
I am happy about the Protein though.
I have only drank 20 oz of liquid though...
working on that now...
and no exercise yet...
I was doing so good...4 days in a row....

2 mouth fulls of V8 and Vitamins

almost a whole english muffin and one scrambled egg
Lunch: Nector Tealisious Protein drink
went to my brothers house at 2p.m. and opened his bag of chips and took about 5.. right into my big mouth..ugh..
Dinner: made sausage & peppers for hubby.. so.. I had a little maybe 1/4 cup and got sick.. came back up.. Greasy & Greasy..
2 hersheys kisses
few rice crackers
crystal lite rasberry tea ..
I have to get it in gear, and I have to drink more fluids..

Vitamins
1 1/2 scrambled egg with cheese (made 2, couldn't eat it all - the dogs enjoyed the rest)
Lunch
Korean BBQ chicken & onion, about 2/3rds cup, skipped the rice
Dinner
Mac 'n Cheese, from scratch. My husband makes it. Usually I can eat about 1/2 cup.
Late Snack
Have started to "snack" on protein shakes. I get that night time hunger. I'll see how it goes.

Okay here are my stats..........
Breakfast: 1 Cup of cottage cheese
Lunch: 1/2 roast beef sandwich
Dinner: other half of sandwich
Snack: a cup of raw veggies (just sounded good today!)
2 tbl spoons of low fat dressing
Calories: 949 (ouch a little high)
carbs: 58 (low..I'm allowed 120)
Protein: 77 (right on track)
water: 64 oz.
Exercise: Ugh...I worked all day! I just want to go to bed. and it's only 7:30 C Leigh
i went back to work today (teacher) so i got up at 5:00am- breakfast had a string cheese stick.
snack- package (6 total) peanut butter filled wheat crackers
lunch- 1/4 cup of famous daves chili- it was gross- so i probablydidn't even eat the full 1/4 cup.
after work snack- 1/8 cup of honey roasted peanuts
supper- about a cup of food- 4 black olives- 1 tablespoon of vegetarian baked beans and 1 homemade beef enchilada- red onion- chilis in the mixture- and cheese on top- ate most of it- but not all- so it was one tortilla with 1/4 cup of meat in it- with cheese on top- couldn't fini**** ate about 3/4 of it..
and now- i was naughty and had 1/4 cup of goldfish pretzels.
exercise- walked steps and halls at school during my 2 preps. that's about it- i was so tired... and now i'm going to bed so i can get up again in 6 hours... GOSH this is a lot of food...isn't it...???
