Ok, Ready, Set, GO!!!!
Okay here it is...
I forgot that today was the first day off for my husband in two weeks. So I ditched the protein shakes for the day and we headed to Claim Jumper for lunch then hit a movie, shopped around a bit and then went out again for dinner.
Breakfast: 1 oz. cheese and 1/2 c. milk
Lunch: Steak and salad and a couple of bites of mashed potatoes. Mmmm
Snack: two handfuls of unbuttered popcorn (popped in oil I'm sure)
Dinner: 3/4 c. corn chowder (wasn't hunrgy)
Snack: I will finish the day off with a protein shake after my jog.
I'm at 815 calories for the day and 40 grams of protein. After my protein shake I'll be at 905 calories and 63 g. of protein. Not bad for a day on the town.

Oops! I forgot to mention:
50 g. of carbs (it felt like ALOT more)!
50 g. of fat
Exercise:walk/jog tonight, shopping for a hour and tons of yard work this morning. That is 787 total burned calories burned calories for activities and 3910 for the total day. How is that possible? That is just what fitday calculates for me. Hmmmm.

i wasn't a good job girl...
well i tried to get on the treadmill- only got 8 minutes- then my 3 yr old wanted on- and DH wasn't helping to keep him away- so.. i had to stop..
and now i can't because it will wake him up.. so i walked in place- just not the same so i'm not counting it.. SO MAD
