Ok, Ready, Set, GO!!!!
Hey Gals!
We promised each other we would start today! C, Kimberly, Jennifer, Nickie, Cecilia, and Maureen, and whoever else wants to join in!
I am on the protein train.
I am now tracking everything on fitday.com again.
C, you got a head start with those 6 pounds! You are my hero! lol
Today, I had a 1/2 slice of baked ham, and 1 fried egg for breakfast.
I'm gonna go get a Gladiator smoothie from Smoothie King for lunch.
Not sure what's for dinner.
I'm gonna walk again for the 4th day in a row (2 miles).
And if that scale don't move soon, I will throw it through the window!
Just kiddin.
Well, the scale sortof moved down 1 pound this morning. Not really claiming it until I see it two days in a row.
Hey, you beat me to the punch.
I gained one of those pounds back!
Okay today I got up at 5:30 and had 1 oz. of cheese and some milk.
I've spent all morning pulling weeds and cutting back over growth. Yes we still have weeds here in January. It's suppose to be 75 degrees all week. Yeah!
It's now 10:00 and I'm ready for my protein shake!
I can tell I'm in ketosis. I have major B.O. and bad breath and I have to go #1 about 15 times a day. I'm sure that you wanted to know that!! Right?

I didn't forget I just remembered...? Anyway's just want everyone to no that I have lost a total of 96 lbs.WoooooooHooooooo for me! and loving life soooo much! I've started to buy my food at Trader Joe's and I'm loving the Tofu products. You guys have to try the veggie burgers there high in protien. 12 to 17 grams each burger. I eat a salad everyday and a veggie burger with it. lots of water, and a piece of toast in the morning. and Tofu is high in protien too?good luck everyone with there weight lose and a Happy New Year! WE ARE ALL DOING AWESOME!
Breakfast 1/2 of an whole wheat english muffin
1/2 egg & 2 bites of canadian ham
Lunch - 3/4 cup of chili w/ 3 crackers
Snack - I was bad - I had 2 milky way minitures !!!!!!
Dinner - 1/4 of a chicken sandwich & 1/4 cup of sf ice cream
Snack - Unjury protein shake
Ive been eating kind of crappy lately ... but I lost 3 lbs last week !!!!

Ive been eating kind of crappy lately ... but I lost 3 lbs last week !!!!
UGH.. i was so awful today
breakfast- 1 glass of sunrise orange drink (didn't eat)
snack- nothing
lunch- left overs (famous daves 1 rib no sauce) and 3 fries
snack-nothing
supper- 1 cheese stick and 1/4 cup of cheese tortilleni
snack- just had a carbou coffee- decaf- sugar free vanilla shot- 2 packs splenda...
water- only 1 bottle of dasani (so that's about 2 glasses)
exercise..- chasing after my 3 year old- laundry all day long-walked target (does that count?) for 30 minutes.. (i still have time to get on that treadmill though)
ugh..i just wasn't in the mood to eat today... felt sick... (WEIRD)

Fitday.com is a website where you can sign up for a free account that you can track everything you eat on. It calculates your protein and calories, as well, as excercise! It's awesome. It keeps me focused, when I remember to do it!
Ok, guys and gals! Today I ate:
1 egg and 1/2 slice of ham - Breakfast
Smart Ones meal - Lunch
Breaded Parmesan Chicken, Brocolli with cheese, and like 4 bites of mashed tators - Dinner
I drank like 60-70 oz of sf lemonaide
And I walked 2 miles
I cleaned house for like 2-3 hours (whew! I am tired)
Lets hope when we all get on the scale next, that this hard work will pay off! I am bad! I am gonna weigh myself first thing in the AM.
Don't let it get you down if you don't do so good sometimes, it's all part of the journey. We can't be perfect all the time!
