Hair loss
Hi C Leigh,
Oh my goodness, that's so interesting that you mentioned how much better your hair holds a curl & style now. I, too, had really thick heavy hair. I broke out the curling iron a few weeks ago, and was SHOCKED that it actually took a curl! And how short a time it took me to syle my hair. It used to take at *least* a half an hour just to curl it! (And then it really wouldn't stay that way.) I was done in like 10 mins! And it stayed styled! One good thing about having such thin hair, I guess! I've been mourning the loss of my hair a bit, so it was nice to see some positives about it.
Take care!
Lisa
I'm also losing hair.. i find my brush is full of my hair, It looks looks like a furry animal every other day! I find strands of hair on my pillow, my ckothes.. and the feel of it is different.. and it's not as thick and soft as it was.. I was doing okay with hair loss until recently.. I have been taking Omega fish oil tablets since surgery.. actually i took them before.. but I'm still losing some..
peace

Hi Debbie,
Yep, my hair loss started a 2 months. Eek! I'm surprised I'm not bald by now! But the loss has slowed way down from what it was. If not, I would surely be bald then! But boy is it thin, and you can see my scalp all over my head. I hate it, too. I keep hoping that by 6 months it will stop. That's what I've heard, so I'm trying to be patient. I get all my vits & water in each day, but not always my protein. I've heard too many stories where nothing helped, so I didn't bother with biotin or anything like that. I agree with you, I wouldn't trade my weight loss for thicker hair. But I'll be glad when it grows back!
Good luck, and know that you aren't the only one! (As proved by the length of this topic! )
BTW, you are doing AWESOME on your weigh loss! Congratulations!
Take care,
Lisa

Hair loss here too. In fact, it just really started about two weeks ago. My husband told me I left a gob of hair on my pillow. Went back to look and sure enough, there was a handful there. My brush is full everyday. My bathroom floor gets lots more attention from me lately as I am always wiping it up.
Hope this slows down soon. My husband is talking about a wig
