Hello friends

Today is my 5-month anniversary and I am now at 355. It truly is amazing. I went to bed weighing 361 and woke up at 355. CRAZY HUH!! I was at that stall for a month. RGHRGHRGH... I know I will hang around this weight for at least a week, but at least the scale is moving again. Here are my new "monthly" weigh-in stats: Pre.........444 Day of.....426 Today.....355 Total loss of 89, OR Loss of 71 since surgery I'll take the 89!!!!!!! Mandie

Congrats Mandie, I know what you mean by the stall and the overnight weightloss. I was stuck for 3 weeks, weighed Sunday and still nothing, for some reason I weighed again yesterday and was down 3 pounds. Everytime that 3 week stall happens I tell myself I'm done, I won't lose anymore and then I lose, you would think I would know by now it's only temporary. You are doing so awesome, keep it up and I will too. GREAT JOB
